Funeral Celebrants VIC

Leonie conducted the funeral for my mother, then my father and most recently, my husband. In each case she moulded the service with eloquent skill to bring forth the most important individual life and soul aspects of my loved ones. She has a special “touch”, a profound understanding of the human condition and what is needed by a family when death occurs. Truly, she is a funeral celebrant, for mourners leave her services uplifted in spirit, in their hearts celebrating for a life that has now passed on.

Getting through the funeral of a loved one is a huge step in the grieving process and having Leonie as Celebrant for my father&#8217;s funeral was the best decision made by the family. She created a story of the ups and downs of dad&#8217;s life which was so pleasurable to listen to. Everyone who was at the service commented how wonderful she was. I highly recommend her when you want a service with heartfelt meaning, feeling and sincerity. Leonie certainly has a real gift as a Celebrant.

I would thoroughly recommend your services as a celebrant Leonie. Although it was a very sad time, you did everything possible to ease the stress involved in a very caring, reassuring way. It was amazing how you managed to capture the essence of our beautiful mother so succinctly &amp; place her life in the context of the broader experiences of life, death and the society in which she lived. We were so grateful there was no dry chronological list of events of Mum’s life but rather a reflective and respectful honouring of her &amp; her often complicated days. Your ability to seamlessly accommodate &amp; incorporate the feelings and reflections of those present made the service a truly living ritual that I know is, &amp; will continue to be, an enormous healing element in the necessary grieving journey of all who attended.

Leonie, you were amazing today…I can’t tell you the amount of praise we have heard from everyone. You are a professional and a healer. We are so grateful.
